The Outer Worlds Dev Alters Free Xbox & PS5 Upgrade Due To 'Platform Limitations'

Update: Obsidian issues another statement.Back at the start of this month, it was announced that if you owned The Outer Worlds on Xbox One, you'd be getting a free upgrade to the Spacer's Choice Edition of the game by May 27th as part of the OG version's partial delisting.However, that's now changed. Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Launches This October, And It Won't Be On Xbox One

Series X|S, PC, PS5 and Switch 2 confirmed.Less than a week after revealing that it was making a new Modern Warfare game, Infinity Ward has today unveiled Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 - which "pushes the series into darker and more dangerous territory".The headline news here — besides Activision making its seventh Modern Warfare game, remasters aside — is that MW4 will be launching on Xbox Series X|S, PC, PS5 and Switch 2 on October 23rd, 2026.
