I want open a subsection about only pc indie games
i like to test a lot of little projects, sometimes (always?) i have more fun playing those ones than a new triple AAA title

It could be a demo, an upgrade or a finished product, you can share here hidden/obscure titles you think WORTH a try.
the web is now full of sites that have tons of daily projects, so its imo fun try to share here only the decent ones  Smile

MINIDOOM 2 is the first i want share, made from Calavera Studios, has been updated to the 2.0.3 version a couple of months ago
if you dont know already of this one, try to think how Doom could be as a 2D platform
soundtrack and fx remember a lot the original, and its a COMPLETE free (fan) game

Downloadable here

^^ "it's a trap! it's a trap!" Lol

another one i liked to play, around one year ago (Epidode 0)

CODE 7 - imo a good evolution of text based adventures, with sci-fi/horror environment;
completely talked, with great atmospheric sound fx/musics
3 episodes have been released until now, but you can also download the entire prologue episode (0) for free,
to try if you like it

https://gamejolt.com/games/code-7-a-text...ture/53924

"What would you do if you found yourself trapped on an eerie space station with nothing but a computer?..."
original and different, not for common tastes

2007, it's the release year of the third 'little but great' title

TRILBY : THE ART OF THEFT

a stealth genre game, developed using the AGS (Adventure Game Studio) software
640x480 res, 16 bit color, with nice story, soundtrack and fx, and a very HIGH replay value;
something of Bonanza Bros and Spy vs Spy inside it  Smile

downloadable (also) here (free game) :

Still in development, ZORDAK programmers have released a great demo
not too short (around two hours of gameplay) also with two bossfights, nice

what is the inspiration for creating this little indie game ?
really easy, 100% Metroid
look at this gameplay video

or download the demo itself
