I grew up playing the Atari 2600, but the first game I really ever got was Ducktales for the NES.

might not be the first game per-say but . I remember i had just turned 10 years old it was late summer of 1982 .my dad sat me down at a desk and we played Transylvania on the apple 2 c .he had only had the computer for a few weeks The game was so slow and only used a still pic and you would just answer questions on which way to go or what to do. but i thought it was the most awesome thing and played it everyday .about 3 weeks later my dad came home with an atari 2600 with several games probably so he could use his new computer .the rest is history i have been hooked on video games ever since .
