Game Description
Iron Storm is a first-person shooter video game developed by 4X Studio and published by Wanadoo in Europe and DreamCatcher Interactive in North America. An updated version of the game called World War Zero was later released for the PlayStation 2 and Microsoft Windows. Set in an alternate history in which World War I never ended, the game takes place in 1964, the 50th year of the war, and focuses on an Allied soldier's mission to stop the Russo-Mongolian Empire from developing nuclear weapons and his later efforts to end the war.
As Lieutenant James Anderson you must infiltrate and destroy key enemy positions deep behind enemy lines. If successful, your mission could finally put a stop to the carnage and restore what everybody has long since forgotten about: peace.

How to Install
1) Mount the .iso file using Windows built-in ISO mounter, which is just double click (Win 10/8)
or use ISO mounter software (Win7/Vista/XP)
2) The installer/launcher will be launched via AutoRun. Otherwise double-click My Computer, then double-click DVD Drive ( *: ) IRON_CD1, then double-click to the IronStormSetup.exe
3) Follow the installation guide on the screen and configure it in the way you want.
But do not install GameSpy as it is abandoned!
The installer will ask for CD 2. Either replace it with the current DVD drive or mount it to another DVD drive and specify the path.
4) Apply the patch update; Download the patch executable specified in the download section. When it is done, run it. The patch process is automatic, so you don't need anything until it finishes.
5) Apply the patch; Download the crack executable specified in the download section. Copy both ISLauncher.exe and IronStorm.exe in the archive you have downloaded and paste it inside the game's directory.
6) Use the game shortcut to launch the game if it's created on the desktop, otherwise, you should manually create the shortcut.
Important NOTES:
The game naturally supports the resolution of 1920x1080.
But there are slowdown issues when it is run in 1080p on modern hardware. Your best bet is to play the game in 1366x768, for now.
Other than else, the game works fine as is. Let me know if there is any problem that exists that I am not aware of.
