4-15w 5v will require a small power supply

For the everyday guy, the "useable" price is a bit higher with breakout board at $49,case add a PSU to start
That cooler on top...yikes

Embedded cpu boards with replaceable ddr4 are relatively cheap now, but again, more = more.

This couldnt run modern games for sure and im sure you know that already but good for retro gaming like ps1 and back. its kinda slow for ps2 emulation but its quad so you might be able to run it try and see.
