Bullet Candy is a top down arena shooter. The player takes control of a space ship and has to defeat all the enemies in each of the game's single screen levels. The player can move around and shoot in any direction with the use of either a gamepad or a mouse and keyboard combination. The objective is simply to clear all the level of all enemies and move on to the next. In addition of the enemies the levels are also full of collectable gold ships.
