Does anyone here (UK based, preferably) offer an inexpensive EPROM writing service?
I'd like a region free bios rom for my Mega CD (and possibly also a UNIBIOS rom for my toploader Neo Geo CD), which alone isn't worth the expense of setting myself up with the required gear but certainly worth enquiring after on these boards.
