I love FFT and i see you have similar taste for GBA games like i do,so i will sugest some of my favorites GBA games,in case you dint try them your self:
Tactics Ogre-The Knight of Lodis(FFT like),
Both Fire Emblem games,
Sword of Mana(more action RPG game,sequel of PS1 game Legend of Mana),
Both Shining Soul games(dungen crawling RPG).

I used to own the GBA and SP. My favorite games were Pokemon Emerald, Advance Wars 1 and 2, Legend Of Zelda The Minish Cap, and Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga.

GBA was great. It had more awesome games released for it than the SNES IMO. I liked the Zero games especially, and plan on getting the collection for the switch when it comes out.

About GBA don't like too much the real hardware, i prefer emulate on a big screen all the GREAT software it has

Metroid Zero Mission, Crash Bandicoot xs, Castlevania Harmony of dissonance are between my fave

Never had actual GBA my self , i play GBA games on reGBA emulator on my soft modded PS2 lol. I lauch reGBA with elf and change games by copy/paste them from PC to USB and launching games direct from USB ,work good enough.
