SDSystem3 or just buy a Modded DUO

Pretty much the heading asks the question. SDSystem3 or just buy a Modded DUO? The SDSystem3 pretty much costs about the same amount. Has anyone tried the SDSystem3 yet? I already have a Turbografx 16.

I have an SD System 3. It works great, but composite video output is a little washed out. If you already have a Turbo Duo then I would just mod and stick with that. If you don't then the SD System 3 is worth it. By the time you buy the duo, mod it, and replace all the caps, you'll probably spend way more than the SD System 3. It will work with your TG16 in case you didn't know.
 
I would be careful about a modded Duo. If the seller hasn't mentioned that it needs or has already been recapped, that could be a big issue, as many Duo's have caps that may need to be replaced.

That aside, you have to ask yourself if you want the system to be as a collectable (in which case I would go for a Duo), or do you want more functionality (which I would say get an SDSystem3).
