So i recently acquired a walkman from my local DI for 3.00 dollars. the walkman in question is a General Electric model number 3-5273b, in really good condition. The window for seeing the names of the songs has scratches on it, but other than that, it functions very well. I had bought a walkman for my grandma for her birthday on ebay, and it did not work, and so the guy offered me a partial refund, or full, and being my grandma had no way of sending it to me, and or printing a shipping label, i chose the partial refund. I got this General Electric with the intention of giving it to her, but i also have a walkman, and am wondering which walkman i should send to her, and which to keep for myself. the walkman in question is a Panasonic RQ-SW5. Opinions on which one to keep. Both work, but i am leaning towards the General Electric as it has that retro look, but i want to make sure which is the better player. I think they both sound about the same.
