Bluestack emulator is preatty good, and has a lot of options, but you need deacently good PC to run it at good speed.
Safe as you are afraid google will bann your accaunt for using it in emulator or safe as you are afraid of viruses?
In first case,dont worry, i know lots of people using buestack for years to play android games on PC, even youtubers do it publicly to stream games.
As for second case, that depends on your PC security ,as long your PC is safe,bluestack will not endanger you either.And also, you can install aditional android security compoments inside bluestack it self, just like you install it on regular android phone.

yeah was afraid of get it banned , not sure if simply playing android games could gave other problems , istead of getting a phone would try playing them on pc , most emus ive read can install other things or give troubles with virtualization , wanted be sure that for get this working not getting troubles on other things , thank you again

Only thing that comes to my mind is that you have to connect to network/wifi inside bluestack app itself , same as you wuld connect with actual phone, go inside wifi setings(inside bluestack app), find wifi networks close by and connect.
If that dont help, sesrch with google for similar problems with bluestack.

bluestack not had that option in settings , for fix it had to create a new istance but doing that made me lose all things done before ( and doing and restore a backup made it bug again ) , hope it never happen again , if ever hope other emulators not have this bug , don't want start everything from scratch every time , at this point not sure if bluestack was really the best one ... thank you anyway for answer me every time , very appreciated
