Girlfriend or Video Games?

I would choose games then I would go find a woman who likes games and then screw the hell out of her while playing games!! :buttshake:
 
If a woman or man that I was in a relationship with told me it's them or my collection I would pick my collection. It may seem cold to say that but I have my heart in what I do. Gaming and collecting is a passion and a way of life for me. I would also have my heart with that person as well but in an ultimatum like that I am not about sell what I own because THIS person doesn't like it. My collection will (hopefully) be there until I die and can't fuck me over in way's a relationship can.

You even risk more being in a relationship. Maybe one day they decide they don't love you, and want to get half you stuff just cus. Suddenly court, suddenly they get a portion of your belongings, suddenly they just sell it anyways cus they didn't like it to stay with. Can my collection do that to me? Nope. I would also never tell my partner they have to pick me or a hobby they like, unless the hobby harms people is is super illegal in some way...then again I wouldn't date someone into that to start with haha.

I hear a lot of story's about guys giving up or selling stuff just because they have a girlfriend or start a family. I say fuck that hard. Maybe ill find that one that accepts and even wants to participate in what I do. TILL then, collection wins!

I've got a lot of sentiment for my videogame collection, but my girlfriend is without question far more important to me.

As for the broken heart and empty wallet, its a fair argument,-however ,suddenly failing hardware components ,enduring Windows bs, as well as the nice pricetags attached to some retrogames, has already archieved all this for me , so I am prepared, and it's all good.

Games. Because a woman that tries to take away your hobbies is bad news. I can understand things like making you sell off most of a massive collection. Or even making you spend more time with her and less with games. But making you flat out give up all games strikes me as someone you can't be happy with.
 
I have to say my Wife loves my gaming hobby. It slowly developed my Tech skills and now we have a house.
 
I wouldn't give up on my hobbies just because my girlfriend doesn't like them, so i choose games.
Persons that can't accept you as you are doesn't deserve you.
 
if you have to be put in that situation, you know you made a bad choice the 1st time. tough call though. if you just met the person, then easy GTFO!
 
no partner should try and change the other if a woman cant accept you the way you are its not worth it,find a woman who accepts you as you are and accept her as she is too otherwise it don't work period..
