Lost my job. Want to start a Retro Gaming Channel

Hey guys. Sorry if I am making a rant personal here but I have lost my job today and I am feeling a bit depressed and only me playing some retro gaming games prevented me from getting a complete breakdown.

Unless I could get another job, I am planning to start a retro gaming channel in the meantime. It will be just a playthrough for fun. No speedrunning, no cheats, no no continue runs. Just me streaming and having fun playing some classic games with viewers posting some Q&A. What platform or set up do you think needs to be done for this kind of thing? Any helpful suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Hate to hear this happened. Things have being going down for long time in the world. When things are down, you just have keep pushing forward. All you can do. About a gaming channel, I don't have one myself. Other members here have one, There great channels, Important thing to having channel. I believe would be captivate the ones who is watching it. If you grab their attention they'll be interested in watching. Also try to be original, and be yourself. What you mention sounds great. Q&A are pretty good, there's a lot things gamers like to know. When you play through a game is pretty good also. It would help someone who is stuck on a level. Anyway, hope things get better for you. Just keep pushing foward.

Sorry to hear for your situation. I dont know what to reccomend for gaming channel, just wish you luck and that things will turn out fine, with new job and/or gaming channel.

Sorry to hear you lost your job.

Watching people play video games doesn't interest me. But that said, the advice I've heard from people who stream is that you should stream what interests you. Don't worry about trying to please an audience just have fun and enjoy what you do and your audience will find you.
